Pricing and assessment

Most prices depend on the size and condition of the car, except the items that carry a stated figure on the pricing page, such as detailing at 499 THB and seat shampoo at 999 THB, which are prices we genuinely advertise. For everything else we tell you the price before we start, and nothing is added afterwards.

For work assessed in person, such as polishing and scratch removal, the result depends on the existing paint. Scratches through to the colour or primer may be reduced but not removed. We explain what to expect and agree it with you first.

Timing and booking

Quoted times are estimates and may change with the queue and the condition of the car. For a standard wash, arrive at least an hour before closing. For polishing and exterior detailing, please book ahead.

Your vehicle and belongings

We take cars, pickups, vans, motorcycles and scooters. If your vehicle has aftermarket parts, film, decals or anything fragile, tell us before we start so we can work around it or use a suitable method.

Please take documents, cash and electronics out of the car before handing it over. We look after your vehicle as carefully as we can, but we cannot take responsibility for valuables left inside it.

Satisfaction and payment

If you're unhappy with any part of the work, tell us before you leave the shop so we can put it right.

Payment is made at the shop when the work is done. We accept cash, PromptPay and bank transfer.

Before we start we walk around the car with you and point out any existing marks or damage we find, so both sides agree on the car's condition before any work begins.

If these terms change we will update the text on this page, and the version shown on the day you use the service is the one that applies.
