What we collect

This site collects only the personal information needed to reply to you about our services: your name, phone number, and whatever you write in the contact form.

How we use it

We use it to answer your enquiry and arrange your booking, nothing else. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing.

Form submissions are stored in this website's own system. If you choose to continue the conversation on LINE, those messages are also covered by LINE's own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by calling us on 092 794 4953 or through our contact page.

Our contact page embeds a map from Google Maps, which is Google's own service and may collect usage data under Google's policy.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to reply to you and look after you as a customer. Once it is no longer needed it is removed. We do not store credit card or any financial details on this website, because payment happens at the shop.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The Google Maps embed on our contact page is Google's own service and may set its own cookies under Google's policy. If you would rather it did not, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to access your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict how it is used, or object to it being processed. Call us on 092 794 4953 or use the contact page and we will act on it as quickly as we can.

If we change this policy in future we will update the text on this page, and the version shown on the day you use our service is the one that applies.
