Privacy Policy

What this website collects

This website has no contact form and no accounts, and it does not ask for your name, phone number or any other personal details. You can read every page without filling anything in. As with any website, the server that hosts it may log technical details such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

When you contact us

If you call us, or message us on LINE or WhatsApp, we see your phone number or account name and whatever you send us. We use that only to answer your question, quote a price, arrange a time and let you know when the car is ready. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing.

LINE, WhatsApp and Google (including our Business Profile, map and reviews on Google) are run by other companies, not by us. Anything you send or do through them is also covered by that service's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it, and your rights

This website keeps no customer database. Messages you send stay in the app you used to contact us and on the shop's phone, and we keep them only as long as we need them to arrange your visit and look after you as a customer. If you would like us to delete your chat or your number from the shop's phone, just ask.

We do not store credit card or any other financial details on this website, because all payment happens at the shop.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to access your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict how it is used, or object to it being processed. Call us on 092 794 4953 or message us on LINE or WhatsApp (every way to reach us is on the contact page) and we will act on it as quickly as we can.

Cookies and third parties

Most pages on this website embed a Google Maps map to show you the way to the shop. The map is Google's own service and may set its own cookies and collect usage data under Google's policy, and when you tap the directions button you go to Google Maps itself.

This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The fonts on our pages load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads. If you would rather not receive cookies from outside services, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings.

If we change this policy in future we will update the text on this page, and the version shown on the day you use our service is the one that applies.
