The basic wash, done more carefully than the price suggests. Thick foam covers the whole car to lift dust and grit off the paint before anyone touches it with a mitt. That step matters: rubbing a car that still has bonded grit on it is the number one cause of swirl marks.
Wheels and wheel arches are what quick washes skip, and they are the dirtiest part of the car. We do them separately with dedicated brushes, then hand dry the whole car with microfibre rather than letting it air dry into water spots.
